Malcolm Ingham Soc. L.C. Licensed Conveyancer
Already an established commercial property specialist Malcolm qualified in the first wave of Licensed Conveyancers in 1987. He was instrumental in establishing Hewitts Solicitors just three years later and converting that firm to Licensed Conveyancers in 1996.

Malcolm likes to sail dinghys in his free time.

Alan Hillary
Alan has worked in the legal profession since 1973, specialising in residential conveyancing since 1979. Alan qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 1989 and joined Hewitts Ingham in 2003 from a local firm of solicitors. Since then Alan has been instrumental in implementing our case management system. Having worked in Aireborough since 1992 Alan has a good relationship with local Estate Agents which helps in the smooth progress of each transaction. Alan's interests include golf and squash.

Sharon Cawtheray
Sharon joined Hewitts Ingham in 2004 and is a qualified Licensed Conveyancer, experienced in all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, re- mortgages and transfers of equity. She has many years experience having worked for both national conveyancers and high street solicitors since 1981. Sharon carries out work for individuals and investors, dealing with all manner of property including new builds, leasehold and Right-to-Buy transactions. Sharon's particular strength, which is highly valued by clients, is her ability to deal with complex transactions but also retain a personal touch.

Sharon's interests include walking and ski-ing.
